Missed deadlines, being overwhelmed by studies, stress with family or in shared accommodation, or severe cases of heartbreak: at Nightline, the telephone hotline for Zurich students, small and large worries find a listening ear.

With us, you can talk and write about anything that's on your mind, confidentially and anonymously. Whether you just need to get something off your chest or your world is falling apart – we're here for you!

Of course, you can also contact us if you have a study-related or other question, or if you just want to chat.

We advise students and doctoral candidates of the UZH and ETH in study-related and personal stressful situations and/or in cases of psychological problems.
The consultations are free and confidential. Discussions can be conducted in German, English, French, and other languages. In addition to individual consultations, we also offer workshops on specific topics.

Further information and registration for a consultation can be found on the PBS website.

You will receive appointments via email.

If, however, you would like a regular consultation regarding LGBT-related issues, they are available Monday to Thursday, 7 pm to 9 pm, at 0800 133 133 (free of charge from anywhere in Switzerland).
