Material and room reservations

Are you looking for a quiet room for a discussion?

A garden to host a relaxed aperitif?

Music boxes or a grill to liven up the atmosphere at your event?

Student associations, student organizations, and committees can borrow various materials or reserve rooms from the VSUZH (Association of University Students in Zurich). Reservations can be requested using the form below. The VSUZH Stübli (Irchel campus), as well as two meeting rooms and a garden and lounge at Rämistrasse 62, are available for room reservations.

No deposit is generally required for reservations. Any damage caused by users will be billed.

More detailed information about the Stübli can be found on the dedicated VSUZH Stübli page. When making a Stübli reservation, please use the reservation sign .   to download and hang up filled out during your event.

RAD - Rämistrasse 62

More detailed information about the RAD can be found on our subpage at Rämistrasse 62. If you are interested in reserving our meeting room at the RAD, please indicate this in the form below with a comment.

Interested? Then please feel free to request a reservation using the form. We will check as quickly as possible whether and how the reservation can be implemented and will get back to you via email. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee a reservation, but is a request that must first be reviewed and confirmed.

If you wish to borrow materials from VSUZH, you only need to pay a deposit, which will be fully refunded provided everything is returned undamaged, complete, and clean. Otherwise, the board reserves the right to decide on appropriate consequences. Here is a list of all available materials that you can borrow. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us!
