Submission of expenses

Detailed receipts, invoices & payment receipts

Please upload all detailed receipts, invoices and payment receipts for the expenses as a single PDF file .

This includes, in particular, invoices from third parties, but may also include other proof of payment.

If a proper invoice cannot be presented, reimbursement of expenses may be prevented.

Invoice to VSUZH

Download the invoice template for VSUZH, fill it out, and upload it as a PDF . This is mandatory. Using the invoice template allows us to process your invoice quickly. You can find the template here.
